Robert Schaefer, CEO
With nearly 30 years experience, Robert built upon his Electrical Engineering (MIT) and Control Systems (University of Colorado) education to lead operations at companies including Digital Equipment Corp., MaxOptix and Hertric Development. Prior to founding AlsoEnergy, he was CEO at storage systems and software maker Breece Hill Technologies.
Holden Caine, CTO
With a career focused on developing high-performance, low-cost web-based software solutions for the digital imaging market, Holden was most recently Vice-President of software development for FujiFilm, USA. He served in similar capacities with Applied Graphics Technologies and the Eastman Kodak research lab. He holds a Computer Engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Seymen Ertaş, Software Architect
Seymen is a multifaceted software architect, with over 10 years of experience in designing and deploying multitier architecture systems. Prior to joining AlsoEnergy, Seymen spent his career as a software architect in the photo industry with FujiFilm. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently working towards his M.B.A. from the Simon School of Business. Seymen shares his passion of monitoring real-time systems, with his dog Çeşme who also enjoys "monitoring" Seymen, for the status of his daily walk.
Jennifer Park, Senior Software Engineer

Liza Sullivan, Eastern Regional Sales Manager
Prior to joining AlsoEnergy in 2009, Liza spent 25 years in Sales Engineering and Product Management in the Power Transmission Industry. She holds a BS Degree in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Operations Management from the Simon School of Business. Liza loves the dynamic nature of the renewable energy industry.
Lizzy Aldridge, Western Regional Sales Manager
Lizzy’s industry experience spans commercial and utility development for solar, wind, electric transmission, transportation, and telecommunication industries. Her past experience includes an energy consultant for SolarCity, Power Division Marketing Manager for a large specialty electrical contractor, and a research intern in the utilities program of the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office. Lizzy holds a master’s degree in global finance, trade and economic integration and enjoys most anything outdoors including mountain & road biking, snowboarding, and trail running.
Alison Hyde, Inside Sales Manager
With 4 years in the industry, Alison has experienced the “solar-coaster” first hand working in sales and marketing and helping to grow a Colorado PV installation firm to a $10 million dollar company in 3 years . A graduate of Oregon State University, receiving a Fulbright Scholarship allowed Alison to jump start her solar career through an internship at the German Solar Industry Association in Berlin. She is looking forward to being part of the solar and renewables industry as it grows into the mainstream. During her off time, Alison enjoys cooking, ingesting copiouis calories and buring them off outdoors.

Kevin Suhr, Field Engineer
With extensive field experience in solar energy, wireless communication and data monitoring, Kevin brings a love of renewable energy and an education in Physics (University of Colorado) to assist AlsoEnergy customers in successfully designing and commissioning their custom monitoring solution. In his free time, Kevin loves driving TDI's to the mountains for mountain biking and snowboarding.
Adam Dawson, Software Support Engineer
Adam’s expertise includes: pre-installation, installation, commissioning and software set up assistance. Adam has over 15 years experience in software UI design, quality assurance and sales support.
Keith Wines, Journeyman Electrician
Keith directly manages manufacturing, shipping, and unique part ordering. With over 20 years experience in Electrical Construction, he is happy to answer any electrical questions or provide his expertise in on-site install support.
