MWRA’s Deer Island Treatment Plant, Massachusetts

Monitoring is crucial to the integration of solar into MWRA’s existing portfolio of hydro, wind and gas turbine power.   Deer Island is one of the largest electricity users in the Northeast, and now self-generates 26% of its power needs on-site.
