This report names AlsoEnergy as the #1 overall Independent Software Vendor (ISV) in the Americas. AlsoEnergy maintained the top-selling position for commercial and industrial PV in the Americas, while gains in the utility-scale market helped to push AlsoEnergy into the #1 spot overall in this region. AlsoEnergy has introduced a new support option that allows customers to schedule Support Appointments for installations, site commissioning, and other planned events. This policy will help ensure that AlsoEnergy can provide timely assistance when our clients have engaged contractors, workers in the field, etc.
Here’s how it works:
- For on-site visits and other planned events, customers may call or email AlsoEnergy Support ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
- At the scheduled time we will call you – no more need to call the support line.
- We recommend that customers call at least one week in advance to schedule Support Appointment in order to secure the desired date and time for the appointment.
- Of course AlsoEnergy customers will not need to schedule an appointment in order to receive support. But we do strongly encourage customers to take advantage of the new opportunity to schedule appointments for planned events.
